Toothbrushing is supposedly a daily routine. Some do it twice or more a day, others vary from only once to none at all. Toothbrushing is a method of cleaning the teeth. The basic recommendation is at least twice a day with a daily compliment of flossing.
Tips on improving toothbrushing:
Brush at least twice a day
Use fluoride-containing toothpaste to help prevent tooth decay
Brush at an angle towards your gums, don’t forget to brush your gums as well
Use toothbrush with soft bristles, hard bristles would irritate your gums
Use gentle touch, higher forces may also irritate your gums
Clean all surfaces of teeth, especially the back surfaces where people tend to ignore
Brush your tongue as well, it may help to remove bacteria which causes bad breath
