We often have lunch at Johnny’s and we like to drink Starbucks (minus one). Go Geng Johnny Starbucks!

A friend flamed me the other day while I was sipping my Caramel Frappucino. Flamed as in saying in quite a rude way, although perhaps trying to think the better of the person, she was giving what she thought a valid advice.

“Ko tau tak, Starbucks tak halal tau. Nanti jadi darah daging ko. Anak ko pun jadi sama nanti…”

Excuse me! There’s a JAKIM halal certificate hanging from the wall facing the Starbucks workstation. If you do not trust the legal authority in this matter, then who should you trust?
