Tomorrow is the start of my last 10 days in office. No longer will I be called an Assistant Director. No longer will I be sitting in my cubicle. No long will I be within the walls of this office. There will be regrets, and I will miss being in the office. But life has to move on, and I’ve decided to stay close to my family.

I’ll be taking up a trainee lecturer’s post in Shah Alam, joining my wife who had started in early August this year. Soon we’ll be applying for postgraduate degrees in perhaps the UK or New Zealand. In November the little baby boy will be born, our first child. When the time comes for us to continue our studies, the little baby boy will spend a good few years with us overseas.

By end of the month, my precious 1993 Nissan 180SX will be driven by its new owner. The Red Tomato will cease to cruise around the Kesas Highway and soon it will roam the Northern Region.

Sad ends but a bright new beginnings.

The new chapter of my life is just beginning…
