All products shall remain the property of drnazlihaffiz.com until paid for in full. All orders shipped to areas where tax are required, it would be the buyer’s responsibility.

All prices, materials, design, colour, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

There are no cash refunds. Exchanges or store credit within 14 calendar days of receipt of merchandise with no exception. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. All items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Original sales receipt and tags (still attached) are required. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours. Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed as stated below. Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. All product returns must have a prior email approval by drnazlihaffiz.com, thus please do contact us via email before sending any returns. Returns will not be accepted without a prior approval. Please contact us through email with any return questions. All returns must be received by drnazlihaffiz.com within 10 calendar days after the email approval has been issued. The email approval does not imply a replacement, credit or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you. Customers are responsible for any shipping and handling costs associated with exchanges.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may be able to reach you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correct size and application of the parts before installation. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all authorized returns.

Any refused shipments sent back to drnazlihaffiz.com does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer’s responsibility to make all arrangements with drnazlihaffiz.com for refused shipments. Customer will be charged freight expenses associated with the refused shipment as well as a 20% restocking fee on all shipped products.

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request but please understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
