A Two-Decade Legacy of Light, Glass, and Storytelling.
For over two decades, my photographic journey has been anchored in the Nikon ecosystem — starting years ago with my entry-level D40, moving to my trusted D610 (still in service today), and culminating in my primary daily workhorse, the mirrorless Nikon Zf. Paired with modern Z-mount glass and a dedicated Tamron 90mm macro for ultra-close details, my setup powers a diverse range of visual styles: from delicate botanical fine art and 1/64 miniature macro scenes to dynamic urban streetscapes and monochrome compositions.
My toolkit bridges cutting-edge modern digital with tactile analog craft. I frequently pair vintage glass — including the Carl Zeiss Jena Biotar, Helios 44M-4, and classic Asahi Pentax Takumars — with both modern bodies and classic film cameras like the Asahi Pentax Spotmatic F, Nikon FM2n, and Canon Canonet QL17 GIII. For everyday spontaneous moments, the Leica D-Lux 8 serves as my ultimate everyday carry (EDC). Every tool in my bag is intentionally chosen to bring a distinct character, texture, and feeling to the images I create.
