Refunds & Returns

2.1 Digital Products (eBooks & Digital Downloads)

Due to the immediate access, electronic delivery, and non-returnable nature of digital content, all purchases of digital products (including PDF and ePub eBooks and STL 3D design files) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances once the download link or digital file has been generated or delivered. eBooks are sold through our Gumroad storefront (ebook.drnazlihaffiz.com) and 3D design files through drnazlihaffiz.com. By completing a purchase for a digital product, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your right of cancellation and refund is forfeited upon access or delivery of the digital file.

2.2 Physical Printed Books (Lulu Direct Print-on-Demand)

All physical books purchased through drnazlihaffiz.com are manufactured on-demand specifically for each individual order through our print-on-demand partner, Lulu Direct. Because products are custom-printed upon purchase:

• No Returns or Change-of-Mind Refunds: We do not accept physical returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong title, or entering an incorrect shipping address.
• Order Rejections & Cancellations: Orders sent to production immediately cannot be modified, cancelled, or recalled once payment is finalized.

2.3 Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Shipments

While all sales are final, we hold our printing partners to high quality standards. If your print book arrives physically damaged, severely misprinted, or defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will gladly arrange a replacement copy at no additional charge subject to the following mandatory procedure:

• Notification Window: You must contact us at hi@drnazlihaffiz.com within 14 calendar days of delivery (or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for lost packages).
• Evidence Required: Your claim must include: Your original Order Number and purchase confirmation email. Clear, high-resolution photographs showing the damaged/defective area of the book, the title page, and the original shipping packaging/label.
• Resolution: Upon verification and acceptance by our printing fulfillment partner (Lulu Direct), a replacement book will be ordered and manufactured for re-shipment at our expense. Cash/credit refunds are not provided for misprints or transit damage; replacement is the sole remedy.

2.4 Incorrect Delivery Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

Customers are strictly responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to address errors made by the purchaser. If a package is returned to the printing facility due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, re-shipment costs will be billed to the customer.
