3.2.1 Digital License for eBooks

When you purchase an eBook, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license. You may download and view the content on your personal electronic devices. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Copy, distribute, share, re-sell, rent, host, or transmit the eBook files to third parties or public file-sharing networks.
• Modify, alter, create derivative works, or reverse-engineer any portion of the publication.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary copyright notices or watermark protection embedded in the file.

3.2.2 Licence for 3D Design Files

3D design files (STL) are licensed for personal, non-commercial use under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 licence (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), as stated on each product page. You may print the design for your own use, but you may not sell, share or redistribute the files, modified versions of them, or parts printed from them.

3.3 Integrated Medical & Professional Clinical Disclaimer

CRITICAL NOTICE REGARDING CLINICAL CONTENT: The author, Dr. Muhammad Nazli Haffiz, is a qualified Dental Surgeon and Scientific Affairs specialist. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed on the Site at our sole discretion. eBooks are sold and delivered through our Gumroad storefront at ebook.drnazlihaffiz.com. Print books are printed and shipped on demand by Lulu Direct. Fine art photography prints are sold separately through Lumina Flora Studio (luminaflorastudio.com) under that store’s own policies.

3.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Muhammad Nazli Haffiz, the Site, and associated operational entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Site, reliance on publication content, or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenues, or business disruption.

3.6 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
